This was Graham's first time really celebrating Halloween. My original plan was to bring him to just a couple houses, but he was having such a great time we went all the way down our street and came back up the other side. Graham didn't seem to care one way or the other about the candy, but he was VERY interested in the dogs and cats he saw in other people's houses. We also couldn't quite get him to say "trick or treat;" he came out with a very friendly "hi" instead. My sister, Angie (or Abe to our family and Abey to G) came with us. We dressed up as dueling insurance mascots. I was Flo for Progressive, Angie was the Geicko Gecko, and Graham was Mayhem from Allstate.

Forecast: Snow
The first snow of the season! This was really the first time Graham explored during the snow, and he had a great time! Although, he wasn't too sure about wearing mittens and we hadn't gotten snowpants yet, so his jeans got soaked.

Falling Into Fall
Graham, Cookie, Bompa, Zach, and I went to a Fall Festival at one of the local nurseries. Graham loved all the Halloween themed sights!

Field Trip of Foliage
My sister, Angie (nicknamed Abe in our family...G often calls her Abey) and I took Graham to the Denver Botanic Gardens after I received some free passes. Neither of us had ever been there before, and we were so glad that we had the opportunity to go. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, and Graham really loved running around and looking at the different plants and flowers.

Love G's face...he's looking at a bird flying over |
The Gardens currently has a Japanese influenced exhibit being shown. Here is Angie by one of the bamboo sculptures |

Pretty yellow flowers...these were everywhere in the Gardens |
These are called Lamb's Ears. They are incredibly soft. |
